In addition to the intensive wear and tear, the washing process plays a decisive role in the service life and performance of the products. Washing substances and cycle dewatering presses can degrease and deform the functional parts and severely impair the Fastener. The result is Snaps that can no longer be opened or closed. The proven economy system

This prong ring Snap System is particularly secure and gentle on the fabric thanks to its design. The five prongs anchor themselves in the fabric without damaging it. KNIPPER™ DUA 36 is particularly suitable for stretchy and/or lighter fabrics. The flat look, low weight and smooth Fastener offer active possibilities. The individual system components can be combined in different ways depending on the intended use.

The universal S-Spring System

The S-spring press stud system is based on the double S-shaped stainless steel spring wire in the eyelet section. The smooth-running and precise Fastener offers a wide range of applications for firmer, textile materials as well as technical applications and is particularly suitable for jackets and pants.

FlexFix® KNIPPER™ product code DUP 3 stainless steel

The pioneering Longlife system

Snaps that are washed industrially must meet high requirements. This includes the high mechanical stress caused by cycle dewatering presses. The opening values must not change due to wear or degreasing. FlexFix® KNIPPER™ product code DUP 3 on a serrated ring basis is suitable for thin and light to medium-weight fabrics and knitwear. The excellent dimensional stability is guaranteed by the FlexFix® technology. The choice of material eliminates the risk of cold welding during Cap.ng.

Excellent dimensional stability is guaranteed by FlexFix® technology – in two sizes. The choice of material eliminates the risk of an extreme increase in opening values (cold welding) due to complete degreasing in the industrial wash.
