Electronics technician for operating technology

School requirements: Secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife)
Duration: 3 ½ years
Industrial mechanic
- Manufacture, commissioning, testing, maintenance and repair of machines for industrial series production at YKK STOCKO FASTENERS
- Setting up preparation machines for processing our products at the customer’s premises
- Production of individual assembly parts, using both manual processing methods and CNC-controlled machine tools
- Reading technical drawings
- Working with high precision and dimensional accuracy

Tool mechanic
Specialization in punching technology
- Manufacture, maintenance and repair of metal punching, forming and cutting tools used in industrial series production at YKK STOCKO FASTENERS and the automotive industry
- Learning manual processing methods and self-programmed CNC-controlled machine tools
- Reading technical drawings
- Working with high precision and dimensional accuracy

Duration: 3 ½ years
Cutting machine operator
- Production of precision metal components for punching, forming and cutting tools for industrial series production at YKK STOCKO FASTENERS
- Working with machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding, usually on CNC-controlled machine tools
- Reading technical drawings
- Setting up machines and monitoring the production process

Duration: 3 ½ years
Process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
Specialization in molded parts
- Planning the production of molded parts based on order data or special customer requirements
- Selection of suitable processing methods such as injection molding and thermoforming as well as materials, additives and auxiliary materials
- Determination of processing parameters such as temperature, time and pressure
- Setting up production machines and systems
- Monitoring the entire production process
- Use of non-cutting or cutting processes in the machining or post-processing of molded parts
- Professional packaging, transportation and storage of moulded parts

Industrial clerk
- Dealing with business management tasks in the core functions of sales and marketing, purchasing, production control as well as human resources, finance and accounting
- Working with various computer programs
- Dealing with data and figures
- Communicating and negotiating with customers and other business partners
Requirements: Are you interested in business management processes? Would you like to learn about commercial matters in the various areas of the company? School requirements: General higher education entrance qualification / entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences / higher commercial school
Duration: 3 years
Warehouse specialist
- Receipt of goods, checking the type, quantity and condition of deliveries based on the accompanying documents
- Recording of goods via EDP
- Unpacking and checking the condition of the goods
- Sorting and proper storage or forwarding to destination in the company
- Regularly checking stock levels and carrying out inventories
- Packing goods for shipment, filling out accompanying documents, compiling delivery units and loading trucks
- Marking, labeling and securing shipments in compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. dangerous goods regulations, customs regulations)
- Transportation of goods using transport equipment and conveyors (e.g. forklift trucks or sorting systems)
Requirements: Do you like it when everything is in place? Do you like to lend a hand and are you interested in both technical and commercial processes? Do your strengths include physical work, motivation and reliability? Then you should apply to us as a warehouse specialist!
