The Eyelet Snap combines the functions of textile eyelet and snap and offers exciting new application possibilities.

The system consists of brass textile eyelets and plastic functional parts. When the system is closed, the central opening provides a passage for cords, straps, cables or similar. Alternatively, the handle of a handbag, for example, can be passed through the eyelet and fastened, thus also serving as a fastener. A closed version of the textile eyelet is also available for special applications.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Thanks to the 2-in-1 principle, the system fulfills the function of a button-on eyelet with the function of a snap, depending on requirements. On the other hand, the snap also offers the function of an eyelet, which allows a passage for cords, cables or carrying straps, for example. With the matching counter washer, the eyelet can also be used as a regular textile eyelet (see separate ‘Textile eyelets’ catalog). Suitable for household laundry and conventional cleaning.

Function and advantages

Socket and stud are made of spring-elastic plastic which, in combination with a brass textile eyelet, form this clever 2in1 snap system. The backing material must be individually pre-punched according to the fabric thickness.

Depending on your needs, this snap system fulfills the function of a button-on eyelet for hanging on a hook or for passing cords, cables or carrying straps through. It is also suitable for ventilation, which can be closed.

Further design options

This unique 2in1 snap system is an absolute statement thanks to its stately size and grippy character. It’s the combination that counts: The simple brass eyelet part can be electroplated or spray-painted in color. The closed cap and the capped eyelet version (brass or die-cast zinc) can also be embossed with an individual logo. The plastic functional parts are available in black.
