Safety snap system

This special ring spring-based snap system is particularly robust and is characterized by its unique protective function. The closed snap system can only be opened in a certain direction, which is indicated by the dot marking (spot) on the cap.

This special feature guarantees maximum security, e.g. for the fastening of pistol pouches. However, this safety fastener is also particularly advantageous for other technical and highly functional applications such as military or sports equipment.

Function and advantages

The locking mechanism is created by connecting the socket and the stud, whereby the S-shaped wire of the socket is pushed out of the way when the stud is pushed in and encloses it when the stud snaps into place. The tab on the stud section means that the system can only be opened and closed in one pulling direction.

The special LIFT THE SPOT socket with alignment feature is only available in size 9. The socket is shown below from different views.
