The proven economy system made of stainless steel

The S-Spring system made of high-quality stainless steel is based on the double S-shaped spring wire in the socket section. The smooth-running and precise fastener offers a wide range of applications for stronger, textile materials as well as technical applications. This S-Spring system is particularly suitable for light to medium-weight fabrics that are subject to intensive use, such as workwear that is industrially laundered. However, this system is also suitable for technical requirements and contact with acidic materials.

Function and advantages

The locking mechanism is created by connecting the socket and the stud, whereby the S-shaped wire of the socket is pushed out of the way when the stud is pushed in and encloses it when the stud snaps into place.

The cap and socket as well as the stud and post are each riveted centrally. Knitted and elastic fabrics are therefore only suitable to a limited extent, as the riveting creates a hole in the material, which can have a negative effect on the durability of elastic fabrics.

With stainless steel products, the outstanding properties of the material, such as suitability for industrial washing and resistance to acids, are paramount.
