Fully automatic piecing machine with electric drive
Depending on the product application, the EH30 is supplied with 2, 3 or 4 article feeders (channels) or article magazines.
EH30-2K (2-channel version)
Processing of snaps of all systems (Spring, S-Spring, FlexFix®, KNIPPER™) and jeans buttons. Two machines are required to attach a complete snap fastener combination.
EH30-3K (3-channel version) / EH30-4K (4-channel version)
Processing of a complete KNIPPER™ system (radial spring).
In the 3-channel version, a complete KNIPPER™ system consisting of a pronged ring with spring eyelet and pronged ring with ring stud can be attached. With the 4-channel version, different pronged rings can also be processed, e.g. different pronged ring surfaces or pronged leg lengths.
An easy-to-use programming device (sequencer) is available for defining the respective item combination/item sequence.
A spring assembly compensates for different fabric thicknesses. The articles to be processed can be attached to any type of fabric without readjusting the machine if the type of fabric and the fabric thickness are within the values specified by YKK STOCKO FASTENERS.
