WPG 5041 LA
Semi-automatic attaching machine with pneumatic drive
For processing snaps of all systems (Spring, S-Spring, FlexFix®, KNIPPER™), waterproof WetStop® fastening systems, jeans buttons and clothing rivets, eyelets, posts, etc. The items are manually inserted into the upper and lower stamp.
The articles to be processed can be attached to any type of fabric without readjusting the machine if the type of fabric and the fabric thickness are within the values specified by YKK STOCKO FASTENERS.
The WPG 5041 LA generates a maximum attaching pressure of 5000 N at 6 bar. A pressure switch head (automatic pressure sensing) ensures that the required attaching pressure is reliably achieved for each work cycle. This makes the WPG 5041 LA particularly suitable for processing our watertight WetStop® fastening systems.
For work safety, the machine is equipped with a movable (active) finger protection system in the application area.
