WPG 5041 LA
Semi-automatic attaching machine with pneumatic drive.
Used to attach all types of press fasteners (ring spring, S spring, FlexFix®, Knipper®), WetStop® waterproof closure systems, jeans buttons and garment rivets, eyelets, rivets etc.
The items are inserted manually in the upper and lower attaching tools (dies). The items to be processed can be attached to any type of fabric, without having to readjust the machine, provided that the type and the thickness are within the ranges prescribed by YKK STOCKO FASTENERS standards.
The WPG 5041 LA generates maximum attaching pressure of 5000 N at 6 bar. A pressure switching unit (for automatic pressure sensing) ensures that the required attachment pressure is attained during each cycle.
This makes the WPG 5041 LA particularly suitable for work with our WetStop® waterproof closure systems.
In the interest of employee safety, the machine is equipped with a movable (active) finger guard system in the setting area.
