This product from the FlexFix® series is a universally applicable snap system for clothing, leather goods and technical applications. As a further development of the conventional S-Spring system, the metal S-Spring has been replaced by a high-tech plastic. This achieves an extremely high mechanical strength. This product is characterized by dimensional stability, durability and constant opening values. Up to 50,000 opening and closing cycles* can be carried out without any significant wear to the functional parts. In addition, there are different opening forces for a comfortable fastening depending on the application.
At the same time, FlexFix® offers different design options for individual requirements.
FlexFix® with the product codes DUP 4 and DUP 6 are made of brass and partly of polyoxymethylene (POM), are central riveting, self-piercing and can be processed manually, semi-automatically and fully automatically. FlexFix® product code DUP 4 made of stainless steel is suitable for special requirements.
