Hybrid longlife system for industrial laundry
Snaps that are industrially washed must meet high requirements. This includes the high mechanical stress caused by intermittent dewatering presses. The opening values must not change due to wear or degreasing. FlexFix® KNIPPER™ on a pronged ring basis is suitable for thin and light to medium-weight fabrics and, depending on the combination, for knitted fabrics. The excellent dimensional stability is guaranteed by the plastic component of the FlexFix® series. The choice of material eliminates the risk of cold welding when the buttons are fastened.
Sustainability is that simple: originally developed for industrial washing, the high-end product has a long service life with constant opening values thanks to its dimensional stability, which also makes it ideal for technical applications.
HACCP:
This product is suitable for HACCP garments in combination with the new detectable socket.
